The Maison is our apartment in Sofia, kept for long tables, slow service and quiet music. It seats twelve at its most generous, eight when an evening calls for closeness. It is the home of the Society — and one of the rooms in which it gathers.
Most Society experiences begin here. Others unfold in private apartments, gardens and partner kitchens across Sofia — or in rooms we keep undisclosed until the morning of. The spirit travels.
