The terms of an evening with the Society.

These Terms govern your relationship with Hedonist Society — the use of this website, your membership and your reservations. By requesting an invitation, signing in or reserving a seat, you accept them.

The Society

Membership

• Membership is by invitation. We reserve the right to extend, decline or revoke it at our discretion.
• Each member is responsible for the conduct of guests they bring to an evening.

Reservations & payment

• Reservations are confirmed once payment is received in full.
• Prices are shown in the currency stated on the experience and include applicable taxes.
• Cancellation, refund and waitlist policies for each evening are stated at the time of booking.

At the table

Dietary requirements and allergies must be shared at the time of reservation. We will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Bulgarian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation in question. Detailed liability, cancellation and consumer-rights terms will be issued once the company is formally established.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
